Internet Bond Submission Services
Day or night, no matter where they reside, from any Internet accessible computer, your Agents can submit timely, accurate and complete new bonds, payment collections, bond status changes and information comments. And, to help them determine whether a defendant is bond worthy, a special directory of your current and previous clients for review showing current active bonds, exonerated bonds, failures to appear, surrenders while on bond, how much money the defendant currently owes your firm all accessible by name, date of birth and Social Security Number.
The Internet submitted data CANNOT be accessed by outsiders and your agents can only access their own submissions. You assign access codes; you control ALL data accesses. After a bond or other submission is created and submitted by your agents you can review, change or eliminate the submission and then mark them for download.
Nightly, your marked submissions will be sent to you for use with most commercially available spreadsheet, billing and tracking software. It can be used with BAILBOND-Net software also available from Rent-A-Program, Corp. Either way your agent submissions remain secure and safe until you download them.
